We are honored to announce being ranked third in the “Top Workplaces 2010” for small businesses in Delaware by the News Journal annual survey.

The survey was based upon feedback from employees regarding employee benefits, workplace strengths, and other satisfaction-related facts, and then evaluated solely on the basis of employee responses. Ninety employers took part in the overall program and fifty companies received the Top Workplace award; Trinity fell in the small employers’ category with 30-99 employees currently working in Delaware.
