The Official Trinity Purpose

In the Fall of 2004, just as we were celebrating the conclusion of our 25th anniversary, Trinity introduced its official internal purpose statement:
 
"To Continually Improve People’s Lives by Constantly Striving to be our Best."
 
This purpose verbalizes the very core of Trinity’s being, and helps describe our culture.  You see, we believe that these traits are within each Trinity team member.

In fact, before anyone can join our team, they must posess these qualities in order to preserve the special culture we enjoy.

Everyone in the company, in every office throughout the country, knows and understands our purpose.  This is because:

      Purpose articulates our reason for existing.
      Strong teams have a driving ambition to achieve something worth doing.
      A clearly expressed purpose gives team members confidence.
      Purpose is what drives us.
      Purpose is a way of describing the unique Trinity culture.


By stating our purpose, we are showing what we strive for. No one can ever be perfect. But our purpose connotes the fact that we CAN get better every day, and that we are committed to doing so.
