Password Retrieval

I've forgotten or can't find my password. How can I retrieve it?
If you have access to your email account, and it is registered with us (meaning it it the email address we have on file in your profile), you can have the password emailed to you by clicking this Forgot Password? link (also found at the top of the page under the Login box).
If you do NOT have access to your email or your email isn't registered with us, please contact us directly at (866-TRINITY) for personal help with retrieval.

I haven't received my invoice, has it been sent?
We'd be happy to answer this question for you via phone (866-TRINITY) or by live chat. If you prefer, you may login to your account, and click My Freight. Here you will be able to see whether or not an invoice has been processed by clicking on the pro #. If an invoice comes up on the screen, you can view the invoice date and print a copy. If nothing comes up, it hasn't been invoiced yet.

How can I obtain a POD (proof of delivery)?
Log in to our website, and click "My Freight" and "View Load Tracking". Search for the shipment in question, and when you've found it, click on the icon to the right to open and print a copy.
