Yes. Tuition, lab fees, required books and technical fees may be reimbursable, in an amount not to exceed $2,500 per course and not to exceed $2,500 during one calendar year. All other costs are not considered reimbursable and are the sole responsibility of the employee.
The amount of available reimbursement is directly related to the years of service of the employee. The years of service is to be determined as of the date the covered course is scheduled to begin. The following table demonstrates the available reimbursement percentage, as well as the maximum amount of reimbursement that may be granted based on years of service:
Yes. You are eligible to participate in Trinity’s 401(k) plan at age 18.
You may contribute to the plan on a pre-tax basis from 1% to 99% of your base pay. Trinity matches the first 15% of your contributions at a rate of 30%. You are always 100% vested in all contributions you make to the plan. Trinity’s matching contributions are vested over a six year period when you will become 100% vested in all amounts.
As part of initial onboard training, new team members spend the day with a member of the Human Resources Team as an integral part of the orientation process. It is during this time that company history, highlights of policies and procedures, and an overview of the organizational structure is discussed, and the opportunity is given for a meet-and-greet of Trinity team members. Upon completion of the initial orientation, new team members continue the boarding process with members of their respective department.
